Citrine ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We operate from Canada and serve customers in Canada and the United States, and we handle personal information in line with Canada's PIPEDA and, for California residents, the CCPA/CPRA.

WHAT WE COLLECT
Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and order details.
Payment information: processed by our payment providers (for example Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser, and similar analytics via cookies and tools such as Shopify analytics and, if enabled, Google Analytics and advertising pixels.

WHY WE USE IT
To process and ship orders, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with law, and, only where permitted, improve the store and show relevant marketing.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Service providers who help us operate: Shopify (store platform), payment processors, shipping and fulfillment partners, and analytics and advertising providers. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some ad and analytics cookies may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. See "Your choices" to opt out.

We use cookies for cart, checkout, analytics, and (if enabled) advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some may affect checkout.

YOUR CHOICES
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing support@wearcitrine.com. California residents may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising by contacting us at the same address. We respond within 30 days.

DATA RETENTION
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, legal, and support purposes.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States, by our service providers.
