Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States and Canada.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time: 10 to 15 business days after processing. CITRINE ships from an overseas supplier, so please allow the full window. Every order is tracked and you will receive a tracking number by email once it ships.

Shipping cost: Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $35, which any two pairs clear.

Tracking: A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. If it has not updated within a few days, that is normal for the first leg. Reach out anytime and we will check on it.

Delays: Customs, carrier backlogs, and peak seasons can add a few days beyond the estimate. If your order passes 20 business days without arriving, email us and we will make it right.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it is shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.
