Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Citrine (the "Store", "we", "us") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. THE PRODUCTS
CITRINE sells tinted fashion sunglasses. Our eyewear is a style product. The tinted lens is decorative. It is not sun protection, eye protection, prescription eyewear, or a medical or safety device, and should not be relied on as such. Product images are illustrative; slight variation in color and finish is normal.

2. ORDERS AND PRICING
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including after an order is placed. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship.

3. SHIPPING
We ship to the United States and Canada. Estimated delivery is 10 to 15 business days after processing. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.

4. RETURNS
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. PAYMENT
Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). You agree to their terms in addition to ours. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse the Store, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Store, including images, text, and the CITRINE name and logo, belongs to us and may not be used without permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or the Store is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

10. CHANGES
We may update these Terms. The version posted here is the one that applies.
