Refund Policy

We want you to love your CITRINE. If you do not, here is how returns work.

Return window: 30 days from delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused and undamaged.

How to start a return: Email support@wearcitrine.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply within 24 hours with the return address and next steps. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, and cover the shipping.

Non-returnable: Items returned after 30 days, or that arrive back used or damaged, may not qualify for a refund.

Order changes and cancellations: Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change or cancel. After that, the order may already be in processing.
